1. Choose your language on the screen.
2. Enter your reservation number or your surname for identification.
3. Pay the remaining balance for your stay, ONLY via credit or debit card.
4. Get the key which will give you access to the building and your apartment throughout your stay, and receive your invoice.

DEPARTURE AND CHECK-OUT

The check-out time is before 12am. Your apartment key will no longer work after this time.
Before you go, we kindly ask you to leave your key in the post box, next to the entrance door.

The Livinglisboa office/reception is open from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Sunday all year

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
Cancellations up to 7 days before date of arrival, will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
Changes in dates or apartment types will be subject to availability; otherwise, it will be regarded as a new booking.
The 30% deposit is not refundable.

The basic price is for a minimum stay of 2, 3 or 4 nights, depending on the date.

All prices include taxes and services.

A pre-payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay must be made during the reservation process.

The rest of the payment will be made upon your arrival via credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).

All prices include bedding and towels for the number of people in the booking and cleaning service every 6 days.

We can offer special prices for long stays, groups or conventions.

RESERVATIONS

We recommend that you make your reservation through our website: www.livinglisboa.com

1. Select dates, number of people and type of apartment (minimum stay of 2, 3 or 4 nights, depending on the season; 1 children under 2 years old will not be charged)
2. Fill in your personal data.
3. Make pre-payment of 30% of the total of your stay, via credit or debit card.
4. Press “NEXT” after making the payment.
5. You will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation details, including the tracking number and the building access code.

* It is very important that you include your approximate arrival time so that we can be ready for you and help you with the check-in process.

EQUIPMENT
Livinglisboa Baixa Apartments is located in Rua Vitoria 42, in the heart of La Baixa district, the historic center of Lisboa.

The building is prepared to provide maximum comfort and a pleasant stay to our guests: elevator, air conditioning/heating, modern soundproof windows, and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

All apartments preserve original wooden floors and have free Wi-Fi connection, LCD satellite TV, iPod/iPhone compatible speaker, hairdryer and Nespresso coffee machine.

THERE IS NO room cleaning service or bedclothes changing, except for stays which are longer than 6 days.
