ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN<\/strong>\n\nCheck-in time is from 2pm; however you may be able to access the apartment earlier if it is unoccupied and clean (please ask at your arrival).\n\nThe Livinglisboa office\/reception is open from 9am to 6pm, from Monday to Sunday all year.\n\nCheck-in and payment are always made through our automatic terminal, which is located inside the building lobby. This process is fast, easy, secure and well indicated:\n\n\n

  2. Enter your reservation number or your surname for identification.\n<\/li>
  3. Pay the remaining balance for your stay, ONLY via credit or debit card.<\/li>\n

    Cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date, will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
    Cancellations up to 7 days before date of arrival, will be charged 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
    Changes in dates or apartment types will be subject to availability; otherwise, it will be regarded as a new booking.
    The 30% deposit is not refundable.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    Livinglisboa prices are available at our website www.livinglisboa.com<\/a>.<\/p>

    Please click on \u2018RESERVATIONS\u2019 and check the availability (prices on real-time for the chosen date).<\/p>

    The basic price is for a minimum stay of 2, 3 or 4 nights, depending on the date.<\/p>

    All prices include taxes and services.<\/p>

    A pre-payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay must be made during the reservation process.<\/p>

    The rest of the payment will be made upon your arrival via credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).<\/p>

    All prices include bedding and towels for the number of people in the booking and cleaning service every 6 days.<\/p>

    We can offer special prices for long stays, groups or conventions.<\/p>

    We recommend that you make your reservation through our website: www.livinglisboa.com<\/a><\/p>

    1. Select dates, number of people and type of apartment (minimum stay of 2, 3 or 4 nights, depending on the season; 1 children under 2 years old will not be charged)<\/li>
    2. Fill in your personal data.<\/li>
    3. Make pre-payment of 30% of the total of your stay, via credit or debit card.<\/li>
    4. Press “NEXT” after making the payment.<\/li>
    5. You will receive an e-mail confirming the reservation details, including the tracking number and the building access code.<\/li><\/ol>

      Livinglisboa Baixa Apartments is located in Rua Vitoria 42, in the heart of La Baixa district, the historic center of Lisboa.<\/p>

      The building is prepared to provide maximum comfort and a pleasant stay to our guests: elevator, air conditioning\/heating, modern soundproof windows, and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.<\/p>

      All apartments preserve original wooden floors and have free Wi-Fi connection, LCD satellite TV, iPod\/iPhone compatible speaker, hairdryer and Nespresso coffee machine.<\/p>

      THERE IS NO<\/strong>\u00a0room cleaning service or bedclothes changing, except for stays which are longer than 6 days.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
